Hi hi hi!
As most of you know, I began a journey to live a fit lifestyle. My goal wasn’t to lose a certain amount of weight or to look a certain way, my main goal is to feel better on the inside. I wanted to feel healthier, lighter, and have more energy.
I have been noticing a lot that the days at work have been going by a lot slower because all I want to do is go to the gym. I think about it all day and I even get excited about going to the gym. I forgot how good it felt to just release all my stress and anxiety in the gym. My goal is to continue to do these vlogs and updates everyday, except for Saturdays.
