Hi hi hi!
Okay so I was supposed to get this posted sooner, but obviously that didn’t happen. I am so proud of how far I’ve made it and how I’m sticking to some sort of routine. It definitely hasn’t been easy, but I know the reward is worth it. I’ve been trying…to keep up with the vlogging as well so that way I can have a diary of everything that I’m going through. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to keep track of my calories and my FitBit to keep track of my activity. I definitely love how they sync together because it makes it easier to keep track of my calories from my daily walking. Anyhow here are the calories for the day:
