June 2016 Beauty Favorites

Victoria s Secret PINK perfume fragrance

So I actually picked up the body mist for this fragrance, and I love it. It’s a perfect scent for Summer because it’s sweet and florally, but has just a hint of warmth to it. I absolutely love this and so does my boyfriend!

Becca x Jaclyn Hill – Champagne Pop Face Palette

I wasn’t terribly a huge fan of this because I felt like there were two colors (Amaretto and Pamplemousse) that weren’t really going to work with my skin. There are two reasons why I truly like this: 1. Prosecco Pop is an amazing highlighter for the Summer and 2. The blushes make for amazing eyeshadows! Every time I wear the blushes as eyeshadows I always get compliments from my coworkers.

Laura Geller – Gilded Honey
I LOVE THIS! It provides just the right amount of bam in yo face glow without being too overbearing. I just like the fact that it doesn’t actually have chunks of shimmer in it. Since it’s baked it is so subtle, but has a huge impact. Absolutely love it!

Urban Decay – All Nighter Setting Spray
I had tried this a lot of years ago and loved it, but for some reason I just never picked up the full size version. I decided to go ahead and pick it up after I heard Jeffree Star mention it in a couple of his videos and I’m so happy this is back in my life. Super light weight, but helps your makeup stay put. It’s also refreshing in the hot weather.

Tarte – Coral Blossom Lipstick
This was kind of a rediscovered find. I got this in a little sample lip kit from Sephora around the holiday season and just never really got around to using it, but this month and last month I have been reaching for this color non-stop. It’s a light coral color, that has a lot of pink undertones, and just the right amount of shimmer which makes it a great everyday/no-brainer color for Summer. Plus it feels so moisturizing when applied.

Stila – Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner
I’m pretty sure I had featured this in another one of my favorites, but I have to say this is a holy grail eyeliner. I’m not thrilled with the price tag, but I’ve been using this non-stop for almost 4 months and it’s still going strong! It lasts all day even with my scarred/oily lash-line. This thing does not budge at all.

Maybelline – The Blushed Nudes
Though I don’t really care for this palette in general because it it isn’t too pigmented, I definitely been reaching for it because of the antique gold, cranberry, and pinky/taupe color. I just love the soft look this has and it’s extremely easy to pull a look together without having to think about. In the mornings when I get ready it can get pretty hot in my bathroom/vanity area so I don’t like to spend too much time there, so this is perfect for those warm mornings since it’s so easy to put looks together.

ChapStick – Cake Batter
This might be the most randomest thing I have ever featured in a favorite, but this stuff is delicious! It smells like vanilla cake batter, moisturizing, light-wearing, and yummy! I thought it would have the salve scent/taste to it, but there is no trace of that anywhere. There are moments where I kind of want to lick it because it smells so delicious. Plus, it’s extremely inexpensive.

*Not Pictured* MAC – Ellie Goulding-Only You

This lipstick came out a while ago with the Ellie Goulding collection and it’s a soft peachy pink with a cream finish. It’s like one of the only pinks that is actually flattering on my skin tone. It’s rare for me to find a light pink that actually works. It’s a great color and it’s on sale right now!
