Hi hi hi!
Happy Friyay! We made it through another week and it’s a three-day weekend for me, which is definitely welcomed. I hope that you guys had a great week and if not, I hope that you have a chance to relax, refuel, and have a great week next week! Anyhow, let’s get into the food diary!
This whole week I have been getting up later than usual, so I have been having the same thing everyday. Except I got a little fancier today and added a small avocado and a tablespoon of cream cheese – so yummy!
No mid-morning snack
I had a really late lunch – it was made up of my Pruvit Keto OS Orange Dream and
my leftover prime rib and some broccoli florets. I kind of picked at
my leftovers because I was using it to help get rid of the aftertaste that the Orange Dream left. I’m super sensitive to certain things.
No mid-evening snack
Since it’s Friday, you know what that means… Pho! I had my usual and again, I cut down on the amount of hoisin sauce I used.
I had been pretty tired all day, but after I drank my Keto OS, I felt energized and awake. It surprisingly kept my energy up even through all three games at bowling tonight. Towards the end of the evening, I did feel a little crash, but it wasn’t as bad as a caffeine crash. I also noticed that the Keto OS kept me full throughout the entire night. I woke up on Saturday around 7:20AM and I didn’t feel as hungry as I usually do when I wake up. It wasn’t till about 10:00AM that I felt hungry, but even then, it wasn’t like I wanted to eat a whole bunch of food.
Anyhow, I hope you guys have a great weekend! I am currently finishing up this post on Saturday. So far, my weekend has been filled with cleaning my condo. It’s crazy how everything gets put on hold when someone you love is in the hospital. The more I clean, the more in charge and good I feel. Anyhow, have a great one guys!
