[Lifestyle] Underrated Brands – Club Monaco

I work at a mall and you think that I would be more on top of the different brands that we bring in, but I have to admit that I overlooked Club Monaco, until recently.

When I heard that Club Monaco was going to be added as an in-line, I wasn’t too excited about it. It was a brand, in my mind, that catered to an older, more mature audience, with a lot of basic and classic pieces with a higher price tag. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Yes, the price tag on these items are more expensive than what you’d normally find, but what impressed me the most was the styles they carried.img_20190427_111102

Here are some of the pieces that I fell in love with when I looked in:

Dalennah Jumpsuit – $269 (Neutral)

It’s almost travel season and this is would be perfect for any vacation in a warmer climate. It’s easy to wear and the small details of the back and flared out cropped pants bring a easy-breezy feel to the look. This is easy to dress up with a pair of heels and a leather bomber jacket or keep it simple with flats or wedges.

Jessyn Pant – $229 (Jade)

You want some showstopper pants this Summer? These are it! The pleats help provide a little structure to what would otherwise be a mock-maxi skirt without any type of shape. The color is also perfect for the warmer weather and provides a pop of color to any neutral look. Pair it with some heels for a night out on the town, or keep it cool with some basic flats.

Riella Dress – $198.50

This may seem like a boring, very conservative dress, but it’s just enough different for me. I love the little peek-a-boo thing going on in the back. The print gives it a younger vibe and so does the length. It’s a great everyday dress, especially if you live in the warmer climates.

Ealdyn Skort – $139.50

It’s pieces like these that make me want to really put in effort into changing my style. I love this and I love the pattern of it with the little touch of black on the side. I also like the high-waist on it because it helps to define the waist, especially if you don’t have one like me.

Serefina Stacking Ring Set – $35.50

When I walked towards the back of the store, I saw some of the most daintiest, but very on-trend jewelry pieces. This stacking ring set was sold in a cute container. I really like how this can add just a little something without looking too overwhelming or distracting from an overall look. Plus, I just really like dainty jewelry pieces.

Circle Bracelet Set – $29.00

This is one that I absolutely fell in love with! I actually ended up receiving it as a gift (not from the store) and I have been wearing it ever since. I love how it doesn’t clash with other jewelry pieces that I own, but can be worn standalone and it still provides an impact to the overall look.
