Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Palette

Hi hi hi!

I wanted to share my final review of the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill palette before it went on sale tomorrow, July 18th at 8:00am (PST). Jaclyn Hill collaborated with Morphe to create and design this palette. You get 35 eyeshadows that range from mattes, pearlescent, shimmery, and metallic. The retail price of this palette is $38 and of course there are discount codes out there.Untitled Continue reading “Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Palette”

Maybelline – The City Mini Palette – Rooftop Bronzes

Hi hi hi!

Hope you guys had a great weekend and also a great Father’s Day. Today’s review is going to be one where I’m really struggling with mainly because I had to keep reminding myself that I need to think about this product in the mindset of a “typical makeup user.” What I mean by that is that an average person will have a collection with just the essentials. photo IMG_2147_Fotor.jpg

MAC Fruity Juicy Collection | Prep + Prime Fix+ and Cremesheen Glass

Hi hi hi!

If you really know me, you know that I am a sucker for packaging. Whenever I see companies come out with limited edition packaging I have to pick up at least one thing… or sometimes two, or three (if my budget permits). I started seeing glimpses of MAC’s Fruity Juicy collection and fell in love with the packaging. However, I was hesitant because there are a lot of companies who place a decorative sticker on the packaging and call it a day. I patiently waited for some of my favorite beauty bloggers to receive their PR packages and upload their reviews. I was glad to hear that the decorative part didn’t feel like an actual sticker, but felt like it was printed on the actual packaging.

With ALL of that being said, let’s take a look at the two products I picked up! Continue reading “MAC Fruity Juicy Collection | Prep + Prime Fix+ and Cremesheen Glass”

Makeup News | 6.6.2017

Hi hi hi!

I’m hoping that I’ll be able to keep this up, but when I’m at work, it’s tough to keep up with everything that’s going to be launching and what has launched. I wanted to compile everything that I’ve seen floating around my social media into one list. So here’s the list for today. Continue reading “Makeup News | 6.6.2017”

Laura Geller | Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator |Diamond Dust

Hi hi hi!

It’s been such a long time! We had a large convention at work and I ended up getting food poisoning which explains why I’ve been absent for about two weeks. However, I’m back and I wanted to quickly share my thoughts on Laura Geller’s newest and limited edition Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Diamond Dust. In honor of their 20th Anniversary Laura Geller launched an entire collection featuring blushes, lipsticks and a lipgloss.

Alrighty, let’s jump into the actual review! photo 733BC8B4-086B-4BB4-94F6-CEF8F7C1C87B.jpg Continue reading “Laura Geller | Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator |Diamond Dust”

benefit | GALifornia

Hi hi hi!

Welcome back to another review! I hope your week has been treating you well; if it’s like mine and has been crazy busy, I have some good news. It’s Wednesday, so that means the weekend is almost here – hang in there!

Anyhow today’s review will be on my very first benefit boxed blush. You would think that with all the makeup products and brands I try, I would have a bunch of these in my collection, but sadly I don’t. However, when I saw this pop-up on my Instagram feed, I knew that this would be the one I would pick up. Interested in my thoughts? Keep reading! Continue reading “benefit | GALifornia”

Kleancolor – 5 Color Eyeshadows | Madrid

Hi hi hi!

Today I’m reviewing an item that I had featured in a recent haul which you can check out here! There’s a whole stigma when it comes to affordable makeup and to be honest, there’s a good reason that people are still hesitant to try cheap makeup. Usually when I see makeup for $1 I am extremely hesitant and I only try brands that I have heard of before.

I found Kleancolor at Daiso, when I was in California, and I have tried out their waterproof liquid felt tip liner and I really loved it. I ended up picking up two more before I left California because I loved them so much. Anyhow, when I stumbled upon Kleancolor while browsing through Miss A’s website I definitely wanted to see what the quality was like with their products. I love to play with color, however, with my job, it’s just not professional to be wearing bright purples, pinks, blues, etc., so I’d rather pick up cheaper products that have a decent payoff where I can play with colors and not feel bad about it sitting in my collection.  Continue reading “Kleancolor – 5 Color Eyeshadows | Madrid”
