First off, I have to toot my own horn and say that I am so proud of myself for sticking with this diet for 7 WEEKS! This is the longest that I have stayed committed to a diet (without starving myself) and for me this is a huge milestone. [Lifestyle] Tip Thursday – Meal Prep, Key to Success

Hi hi hi!

I wanted to start a new series to hopefully help you guys along your healthy lifestyle journey. As many of you know, I recently started the keto diet. I’m not sure what you consider recent, but I started it on January 1st. I have been documenting my experience mainly through food diaries, but they just became so repetitive, I didn’t see the need to continually post the same thing over and over again.

So instead, I wanted to share little tips here and there that have been helping me stick through the first 21 days of the diet. You know what they say, it takes 21 days to develop a habit; I’m past that now and I have no want to go back. Today, I wanted to share the importance of food prepping. [Recipe] Keto Diet – Chicken Pesto Casserole

Hi hi hi!

I wanted to share a recipe that I love! I only tried it once, but once was more than enough for me to fall in love with it. Since going on the keto diet, I needed to arm myself with recipes that would be easy to follow and easy to prepare. One of the biggest things that always gets me in trouble with diets is that if I don’t have things readily available for me to eat, I will eat whatever I want.
