Hi hi hi!

It’s almost Friday, and I am almost done with my first week of keto! I have to admit that going into today, I already knew that it would be a semi-cheat day because on Thursdays I usually go out to eat with my family. Now it’s not that I go crazy and I order a plate of pasta or anything like that, but it’s the dang fried calamari that always gets me. Anyhow, let’s get into what I ate today!

What’s In Janellie’s Belly | What I Ate Wednesday

Hi hi hi!

THIS IS A PROCLAMATION THAT I WILL GET BETTER AT DOCUMENTING MY MEALS! Now that that’s out of the way, welcome back to another What’s In Janellie’s Belly! Let’s begin with the usual updates.

If you are subscribed to me on YouTube (youtube.com/msluvly1234) you will see an updated video regarding motivation. I wanted to start doing weekly updates on my channel as well because I feel like this whole health journey is something that a lot of people can relate with. I hope you head over to my channel and decide to check out the video – it is longer than a lot of my other recent videos, but I had a lot of things I wanted to say and I hope that it helps you on your journey and we can continue to support each other.

This past week, I have been honestly dealing with a lot of dookie psychologically. I have had a difficult time sleeping and I would wake up at like 2 or 3 in the morning just thinking about everything that needs to be done the next day or just worrying about all the paperwork and things I need to do for my condo. I just have a lot on my mind and it doesn’t help that my office is having corporate visitors the next couple of weeks (even more stress)! In order to at least pretend to be a functional human being during the day, I opted to not go to the gym in the morning this whole week and by the time I got home I would be so tired (from not being able to sleep) that I would just eat, shower and sleep. There were even some days that I just felt so overwhelmed that I would skip lunch and not eat anything till dinner!

Overall it was just a tough week for me.
